I would definitely love to use AppLocale if I can prevent my Windows Installer from turning off like it seemed to be doing, but I can't find anyone who can help me.

I've System Restored more than 7 times today probably due to trying to pinpoint where this was coming from. It extends AppLocale, making it simpler to install and use Japanese games. It was checked for updates 31 times by the users of our client application UpdateStar during the last month. until 30 minutes later when it turns off again. HF pAppLoc is a Shareware software in the category Audio & Multimedia developed by Inquisitor. The one thing I've done that seemed to work was to go into services.msc and setting Windows Installer to Automatic startup. The only thing I haven't done is redownload and reinstall the Window Installer program but I don't do this in hopes there's a way to avoid this in the first place and the fact that last time I had this problem, that didn't help at all. I've unregistered and reregistered it and I've checked the register for the right value. Around 30 minutes after installing it, my Windows Installer no longer works. But this causes more of a problem than anything. I recently downloaded and installed AppLocale in order for some of my programs to work the way I want.
